How to send a module
If you are shipping a module by courier, prepare it so we can identify the case quickly and reduce the risk of transport-related damage.
What to place in the package
- The module itself, protected against impact and moisture.
- A note with your name, phone number, and inquiry number if you already have one.
- A short problem description and when the issue appears.
- Vehicle details: brand, model, year, engine.
Useful photos
- The module label and part number.
- The connectors and the condition around them.
- Any visible signs of water, corrosion, or overheating.
- A photo of the diagnostic fault codes if available.
Important warning
- Water, corrosion, and incorrect installation can limit warranty coverage.
- Do not keep powering the module if there are signs of moisture or short circuit damage.
- If the vehicle wiring is defective, the problem may return after repair.
